For anything else, include these details so we can help you faster:

  1. Your name, role and facility.
  2. Your region.
  3. The page or task you were working on.
  4. What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
  5. A screenshot, if you can take one without showing patient details.

Do not send patient information by email. Leave out patient names, ID numbers and medical details. If support needs them, we will tell you how to share them safely.
